Nothing a Little Paint Can't Fix
Who: Rarity and Amaterasu
What: A minor paint job to make one Timberwolf slightly less terrifying.
Where: The Carousel Boutique, Ponyville Edition
When: Afternoon
Warnings: None
Admittedly, Rarity was still a bit embarrassed at her initial reaction to Amaterasu's appearance in Ponyville. It would have made perfect sense if she'd been a real timber wolf; as it was, it was simply a terrible way to greet a newcomer to the world. The Spirit fight that had ensued certainly hadn't helped matters. The best she could do now was be grateful that there were no real timberwolves in Ponyville at the moment and offer her services to Amaterasu. "Just a bit longer," she told her, referencing the pattern Ammy had drawn for her before carefully rounding out the curve of one of the blue lines she'd painted. "We're almost done."
Spike, sitting in a corner of the room, gnawed on the ball of yarn Rarity had given him (along with very firm instructions to behave) and kept an eye on Ammy's Spirits, just in case.

Ammy stepped closer and sniffed at it. So this was her element? And they'd been looking all over for these things, only to have it appear out of nowhere? She looked up at Rarity as if to ask 'is that normal for this thing?'

Spike settled down considerably when he saw his person was taking it in stride. If it wouldn't hurt her, then things were good.

Okay, so this wasn't normal. But was this just another strangeness of the dream world, or had they specifically done something to make it show up? Because if it was the former, it would be a huge pain to just wait for these necklaces to randomly appear. What if it was making its appearance based on what they'd been doing?
She thought for a moment, and then picked up the paintbrush that Rarity had been using and tilted her head with it between her teeth. Did doing this painting on her face make the element appear?
