Content: Bolin hosts a block party in Twilight Town. Food, fun, and partying! Whoo!

Bolin, with the help of Spirits, Moogles, and various other people had finally finished setting up the party. There were tables laden with different kinds of food of course and decorations everywhere. They'd made sure to clear a space for dancing and Perry the Platypus had volunteered to DJ with some equipment borrowed from the moogles for the night. Bolin wished there could be more people so they could have games and stuff like a proper street festival...but for what he had he felt it was pretty good.
Now they just needed people to show up for the fun.

Then came that interruption. It broke in long enough for Eraqus to turn his attention to the excitable Hebby Repp.
Kura got the sense that he'd come back to his master in a bad mood, which was never a good sign. Usually that meant trouble was afoot, but he didn't see anything out of order at the party. Still, he crept closer around Eraqus's leg, trying to get his attention. Maybe they could go get a party hat for Chuza too, maybe perhaps hopefully?
It was only the reminder that they were at a party that kept Eraqus from a further, angrier outburst. He had to get out of here and either investigate further or find some other course of action for this. He turned on his heel and started away, with Kura skittering close at his side. He turned back long enough to call, "Chuza!"
The Meow Wow popped back up at her name and trotted obediently after Eraqus, oblivious to any tension in the air.

Moxie had trotted in towards his side and sat down, so confused at what just happened and what he just missed. It looked like they were doing so well earlier, what happened?
"...Come on," Emizel patted and rubbed Moxie's head to get him to stand up again. The Spirit obeyed, and happily followed.
There was plenty of other things to do at the party, he thought. Emizel could probably find something to do...just hopefully he won't have to run into that guy again.
