4. Party Rock Anthem

Characters: Party People

Location (including world): Twilight Town, The Sandlot
Time of Day: Late afternoon and into the night
Warnings: Excessive partying?
Notes: Feel free to start your own sub-threads, thread-jack, and just have fun. Open free for all is the style for threading.

Bolin, with the help of Spirits, Moogles, and various other people had finally finished setting up the party. There were tables laden with different kinds of food of course and decorations everywhere. They'd made sure to clear a space for dancing and Perry the Platypus had volunteered to DJ with some equipment borrowed from the moogles for the night. Bolin wished there could be more people so they could have games and stuff like a proper street festival...but for what he had he felt it was pretty good.

Now they just needed people to show up for the fun.

It did help. Although, then you had Yaza's issues with his person's light. Then again, Yaza seemed kind of timid too.

"Uh. I've seen a fish bowl game. In the waking world, you can usually win a goldfish from those games. Here, it looks like they put the pieces to make some Spirits in there." Sora couldn't really imagine being socially awkward in a normal way let alone... whatever issues Xion and Roxas had to contend with and he had an idea from Roxas's memories.

Not that he was calling it home. Yet. But it was there. He'd simply felt awkward leaving the house empty. Lea, Roxas and Ammy had all come to the party and brought their Spirits with them too.

Sora had a pretty full vocabulary. It just wasn't common to hear him use some of it, though his Spirits caught a little bit when battles weren't going their way. However, most of Bruce's vocabulary did actually come from eavesdropping on the Freelancers. Sora's flavor of vulgarity was the same bizarre mix of normal vulgarity and kiddie swears that he'd grown up hearing whenever his father had any reason to swear... which was usually toe stubbing or screwing up the assembly of an item with annoying instructions. Tangents aside, Bruce had every reason swearing at the moment. If that cat was headed to the party, there might be trouble...

Yaza's situation had been on Manda's mind when she'd asked. It probably would have been better to ask him directly, but he was rather timid and shy, and she didn't want to upset him.

"That sounds interesting. Is it hard to win?" If Xion could manage to win a few Spirits through the game, that would be useful. It would also be something to do and therefore be less awkward than just hanging about. Being so strongly connected to Sora and having inherited some of his friendliness helped mitigate some social awkwardness, but her history was what it was.

Xion herself had learned a few choice words from the other Organization members. Not that they'd encouraged her using them, and she didn't very often, but the potential was there if she were particularly upset or someone else got insulting first. One thing she hadn't learned was the more mild versions of some of them, which made for interesting contrast. If she'd known what to expect if Lucifer got loose, though, she'd be agreeing with Bruce's need for swearing.
