Bolin, with the help of Spirits, Moogles, and various other people had finally finished setting up the party. There were tables laden with different kinds of food of course and decorations everywhere. They'd made sure to clear a space for dancing and Perry the Platypus had volunteered to DJ with some equipment borrowed from the moogles for the night. Bolin wished there could be more people so they could have games and stuff like a proper street festival...but for what he had he felt it was pretty good.

Now they just needed people to show up for the fun.

"No problem, kupo!" Steven stashed the munny and handed Bolin two more balls. "Good luck!"

Bolin took the balls. He tried to aim more carefully and through his first ball. After a moment he threw his second ball too.

The first ball bounced off several rims and kept going. Just as it plonked into a bowl on the right, the second bowl plonked in a bowl towards the front of the table. "Not bad. Got a Pricklemane and a Thunderaffe with those, kupo."

"Awesome!"

He looked down at his Dream Eaters, "What do you guys think? Should we try again or call it quits?"

Chi bleated and butted him in the knees. You're winning doofus, go for the glory!

Mako Jr nodded, he thought Bolin deserved it. Besides, they may have spent a lot of munny on the party but they'd also been doing a lot of work around town and collecting a lot of munny from fighting Nightmares. They could always work more.

"All right." Bolin looked at his munny he had saved. Mako was usually the finance guy, but he'd known better than to not teach Bolin the math skills he'd need in case...well...in case what happened to their parents happened to Mako. Mako may have shielded Bolin from a lot, but he wasn't going to leave his brother helpless either. Bolin figured he could buy three more balls and still be in a pretty good place financially speaking. He set the munny on the counter.

"Here Steven. Last round."

Steven took the munny and replaced it with three balls. "You got it, kupo."

Bolin took a deep breath. Okay. He could do this. Bolin got his game face on and threw his first ball.

Said ball bounced off the table and onto the floor. "Ooh, tough luck, kupo."

"Shoot." He picked up another ball to throw and tossed it forward.

This ball bounced off several rims and got stuck between two of them. "Sorry, nothing this time, kupo."

"Okay. Last shot."

He threw and his Spirits leaned forward to watch where the ball would go.

The ball bounced across several rims and finally landed in a bowl. "There you go, kupo! Those'll make a Toximander."

Four new spirits. Not bad. Bolin hated that he'd missed two of the shots though. He knew that was just the way the game worked but still.

He wanted to play more. But he knew he had to show some restraint with his munny. Plus, he could practically HEAR his brother scolding him for wasting his earnings on a game.

Bolin collected his winnings, "That was fun Steven. I'm glad you and the other Moogles agreed to help with this."
