☆ When The Day's Hustle And Bustle Is Done
Who: Lela the Frootz Cat and YOU! (...with eventual cameos by Agent Carolina and Dax the Hebby Repp)
When: Night Time, Week 14
Where: The Hotel, 2nd District
Summary: Recently created and highly curious, a rare Frootz Cat spirit takes it upon herself to go say hello to her Person's neighbouts.
Her Person had only said not to leave the building while she and Dax rested. That was fine by the Frootz Cat, barely a day old and already eager to learn more about this place.
The Hotel was interesting enough on its own that Lela was sure she could find something to do, to see. People to meet! People that her Person didn't seem inclined to talk to here much, which was quite a shame - and something that would have to change if the Frootz Cat had any say in the matter.
Carolina also did not seem to sleep much if at all, and Lela was quite certain that if she wasn't in the room when she returned, her Person would surely be up on the roof.
Until then, there seemed to be a constant shuffle of figures on various floors, and so. Many. Doors! Really, the pink feline spirit thought it was all quite exciting. With a flick of her tail stalk, Lela went to see if she could find any means of squeezing her way through open windows or doors. It was time to go say hello!

OOC: Prose or Action welcome, go with whatever is most comfortable for you!

He sighed and rolled over. Fang had been antsy, so he'd cracked the door enough for the bat to wiggle out and burn off some energy flying up and down the halls, so long as he promised to stay quiet. Melody had curled up on the foot of his bed, one eye trained on the door. She knew that most people in the hotel could be trusted, but you could never be too prepared.
no subject
It wasn't polite to enter without knocking, though. Rearing back to balance on her middle and hind legs, her forepaws gently shuffled on the wood, as close to a 'knock' as she could manage, before Lela nudged it open wider and squeezed her head on through.
Mrewww~? The strawberries bopped up and down as yellow eyes peeked into the dark. Was anyone home?
no subject
The moment that head popped through, she streaked off the bed, coming to an abrupt stop in front of the cat and hissing loudly. You are a stranger you are an intruder you are not getting past her and if you even think about hurting her person she will end you, do you understand?
Wash sat up abruptly at the loud hissing, snatching his handgun off the nightstand. "Melody, what the hell?" On one hand, she had a tendency to overreact; on the other hand, he couldn't see what she was worked up over, and he wasn't going to write it off just yet.
no subject
And then she smiled, a bright purr bubbling in her throat, all kittenish delight. She's not a stranger, she's your neighbour! And strangers are just friends you haven't met yet, you know? And she is VERY happy to meet you, she's Lela, what's your name?
Her head bopped from side to side, the peach at her throat bobbing in time. OH you have a Person? I have a Person too! What's your Person like, can I meet them? I want to meet all the Persons! ...Wait, why would I want to hurt a Person? Her ears dropped slightly. That didn't sound like a nice thing to do at all who would even do that?
no subject
The hissing had abated enough that Wash put down the gun, instead watching the interaction from the bed and trying to ignore that little part of him that softened at the sight of a new cat.

"You cannot sleep either?" She asked the bat who was currently using the bed as a trampoline, smiling just a bit as he did a flip in the air. At least he was amusing. Getting up, she walked over to crack her door a bit... just enough to let Fluffy out if he wanted. "If you leave," She addressed the panda standing nearby, "Make sure you put it back this way." The panda nodded before reaching over with a paw to rustle her hair. Abby (Both of them, really) hated seeing her sad.
"Go ahead and explore if you want, I am going to try to get some more rest." She curled back up on her bed, knowing this was probably going to end up with her climbing up on the roof to stare at the sky. Like the past few days had ended.

Once the bat had zipped away, the Frootz Cat trottered over. Where there were spirits, there were usually Persons, so maybe she could say hello! Rearing back onto her middle and rear legs, cream paws knock-patted before nudging it aside enough to let herself in, a cheery mrewwww? preceding her. The fact two strawberries were likely visible atop pink and blue triangles for ears would probably earn a blink or two.
no subject
Ziva's eyes opened when she heard the mrewwww come from the door. There was only one spirit she knew that made a sound like that...but there were no bells. And no Wash right behind her. Reaching over, she clicked on the light next to the bed, sitting up to see the new arrival.
"Uh, hello?"
no subject
And then LIGHT, earning more blinks from the frootz cat, who leapt up in a spin to her feet. Ziva's question earned a second mrew~ in reply, before she trotted over immediately. Oh, a Person! A Person, is she your Person? My Person lives down the hall. Hello Person!
A kitten smile curved her muzzle. If the colour didn't give away the fact that, no, this was not Melody in the slightest, the cherry tail and strawberries surely did.
no subject
Well, no, that wasn't Melody. She glanced down at the cat next to the bed, still slightly confused. Apparently not a threat, because Abby would have been on that in a second.
"Well, well, another cat." Ziva said with a smile, greeting her like a cat at home...an outstretched hand and waiting for her to accept any petting. She'd been scratched enough to know the drill.

He'd be alright to start, able to drift off until the dreams started. He could handle the ones about fighting heartless, but it was when he dreamed about fighting Axel, or Riku, or the vague ones of him as Sora. And the even vaguer one about a fight he was caught in the middle of. It was tiresome.
After the last time with the dreams, Roxas knew that isolating himself wasn't the best idea, but staying at the Dalmatian's house would have led to conversations that he wasn't ready for yet. He'd have them eventually, but he wasn't ready. He needed sleep first.
For now he's lying in the hotel bed, buried under the blankets and trying to sleep without dreaming. Bouncer is flopped next to him, snuffling in his sleep but still playing the loyal hound. The door is open slightly, if only because Sparkle has gone exploring.
no subject
No loose limbs but a puddle of blankets. The frootz cat mewed quietly, a mrewwww? to check and see if anyone was awake, before trotting alongside the bed.
no subject
He went to roll over but Bouncer moved faster, abandoning his roll as pillow to go and greet the new spirit. Roxas sighed before looking over the side of the bed. That was a spirit he hadn't seen before.
"Huh?"
no subject
The confused noise from the bed turned her head at once, and she mewed in greeting at Roxas. Yellow kitty-slit eyes and obnoxious bright colours at least confirmed she wasn't a Nightmare. Is that your Person? she asked Bouncer excitedly.
no subject
Roxas watched the spirits talking, vaguely wishing he could understand them, before looking for his communicator. Maybe this spirit was on Sora's document.

This was why the door was so easily nudged open by an eager paw, Lela not even bothering to 'knock' this time. Melody, Melody! she mewed as she wiggled her way into the room, looking for the necho cat and her WashPerson. Melody, are you--Oh!
Sleeping spirits! And a Person she didn't recognise. Not by sight, anyway - but she'd picked up his scent before in her Person's room. Mrewww?
no subject
no subject
Lost? Oh no! Her head shook in answer to his question, the peach at her throat bouncing; had it been a bell, like Melody's, it would likely have chimed. However, upon seeing York crouch, she trotted to his side immediately, nudging her head against his knee with a purr before rubbing her face against the outstretched palm.
Yes, this was definitely the same scent as in her Person's room, which meant he had to be a good friend. Her Person wouldn't let just anyone in, after all.

She'd given up on taking a walk by now, instead just sitting on the floor in the hallway, not really wanting to get up and go back to her room yet. She still couldn't figure out why it bothered her so much. Sure the keyhole was strange but...they won that fight. Lord Vyce wasn't a threat to them anymore.
...right?
no subject
To find a Person (not /her/ Person) sitting in the hall was a bit of a surprise though. Stepping forwards, cherry tail bobbed once, twice, as she moved closer, ducking her head slightly to try and get a good look at Liz' face.
Mrew~?

There was a second Mewl. Person, you look sad. Why are you sad?
