6th Key Smash

Characters: Sora and whoever he runs into
Content: Sora's poking around Twilight Town and maybe getting a little training in for his Spirits.
Location: Twilight Town
Time: Noon-ish
Warnings: There might be some Nightmare encounters so, violence. Depending on who tags in, maybe also language.
Notes: Sora can be met wherever. Threads will be assumed to happen in the order they're started.

Toxy's preferred method of locomotion seemed to be 'swimming' in the ground. He did tend to stay at the surface where he could easily interact with anyone they met and he was certainly friendly, if a bit mischievous. He'd been happy enough to deliver the paint bomb to Riku. Sometimes, he would walk with his feet sinking into the ground an inch or two as though walking in snow. Clearly, he just liked sinking in a little.

Today, there wasn't really much on the agenda. Sora was poking around Twilight Town, wondering if there might be any clues around to how to get home or at least to why the hole in the wall that lead into the forest was gone. Toxy had tried creeping under the wall only to run into a barrier of some kind. He'd resurfaced disgruntled and pouting. With little else to do in the Tram Commons, they headed off to look around elsewhere. Sora wanted to see what else was different from what he knew of the place. He was tempted to see if the train that would go over to Master Yen Sid's tower was at the station, but he figured that might be something for later, if it was even there. Given that access to the forest was cut off, it seemed likely the train was gone too.

He was fully expecting some Nightmare encounters.

Jack liked Twilight Town. He wasn't sure if it was the ice cream or the sun, but it was a nice change from the darkness of Traverse Town. Not that the first world had been bad, in fact, Jack already had fond memories of that world because it was where he met most of his new friends. But, still, even a spirit of 300 years would get tired of perpetual darkness. The sun may never set, but it was still a nice change and when he got tired of it he at least had OPTIONS now.

The only thing he wasn't sure he liked were the bunnies. They seemed to be every where here and Jack wasn't sure but he was willing to bet that they had a grudge against him or something. He encountered them WAY more than any other Nightmare when he came to Twilight Town. He really hoped this wasn't some sort of karmic payback for what had happened to Bunny. Jack didn't like to dwell on how he had left his friends and the constant bunny attacks had really made that difficult.

Jack shook his head and with a frown, launched himself over a wall and dropped down on the other side. Pigeons flew over head, scattering away from him and Jack's leap had also disturbed the passenger in his hood. He felt movement on his back and a sky blue bunny climbed on top of his head and peered down at him, ears dropping in front of his face. The Me Me Bunny made a cooing sound.

"Don't even start," he grumbled, brushing the ears out of his face with one hand. "I'm fine."

Snowball was much like Toxy. She hovered overhead. Normally she'd land on Jack's head but it was currently occupied by a rabbit. Instead she swooped down and decided to hang from a nearby street lamp. It wasn't Jack's staff or his head, but it would do for now. She watched with some amusement, hoping the excited Meow Wow was more interested in the Me Me Bunny than it.

Me Me Bunny hadn't meant many new Spirits yet. The barking excited thing got her attention though. She squeaked and dove off Jack's head and back into the hood. Nope! March was not going to come out now and Jack couldn't help but roll his eyes. Great, he gets stuck with a SCAREDY bunny too.

"Hey Sora. Not much, just wandering around. Showing scardey bunny here the sighs."

There was a twitch from Jack's hood.

"Could be. She acted like this around Snowball, too." Jack gestures at the bat. Snowball was the least intimidating creature ever and as soon as March had caught sight of her she'd dove behind Jack's back. She was getting a LITTLE better, but so far the bunny was proving to be more coward than bun-fu master.

Maybe there was a switch he'd missed.

"What are you up to?"

Jack nods. This was only his second one but he'd seen the different personalities of other people's spirits. They really were a unique bunch, even disregarding their strange appearances and abilities.

"Anything new or just the usual Nightmares and odd jobs?" Jack had noticed the job postings...including one that involved delivering mail to pigeons. That was a joke or so he hoped.

"Well then. Sounds like a pretty dull day and since I'm a personal enemy to boredom," Jack pauses and hops atop a nearby ball. Someone left it there but it might have once been used by someone doing street performances. Jack manages to stay balanced on it. He continues where he left off, "Let's find something to do. There's that hill nearby, I bet it would turn into a great sledding slope."

While Sora explores Twilight Town, he will eventually see something on the ground, as if someone dropped it there. When he investigates, he will see that it’s a photo.

The photo shows Tails walking through the fountain plaza and heading towards Sora, who appears to be lounging there. There are no identifying marks of any kind on the back of the photo.
