Paint by Numbers
Who: Namine and Jeeves
What: Finally getting the paint job Jeeves wants on his Spirits.
Where: Traverse Town, the Fourth District, the teashop
When: A day or so after the Nightmare Nightmare Moon fight.
Warnings: None anticipated.
Descartes and Kant had both recovered enough from the battle with the Ponyville Nightmare after a day for Jeeves to feel not entirely heartless taking the animals in to be painted and polished to his preferences. The work had been a fairly long time in coming, and now that it was here, Jeeves paused briefly in front of the entrance to the teashop to tell his Komory Bat, "Please behave." While Kant was a model Spirit in demeanor - if not in color - Descartes was a most unruly animal. Jeeves was still uncertain as to why this was, but the behavior had persisted for this long. There seemed little hope of it dissipating through the simple time application of time.
He entered the shop with the dream eaters who immediately headed toward the counter where tasty snacks sat waiting to be purchased for them - their Person. Of course those were for their Person. Jeeves looked around for Namine, trying to mentally prepare himself for her... unfortunate choice of outfit.
