There were a lot of metallic objects in the kitchen, but none of them seemed at all like the symbols that had been shared before. Spikes seemed to be more interested in putting a colander on his head and grabbing a spoon to joust with than looking, but Jorgie was dutifully fending him off and poking through the cupboards at the same time.
