Xehanort was usually more up front about what he was planning...or so Ienzo had thought. From what Sora said, he'd been hiding his true plans from everyone. It didn't explain how people were arriving here from worlds that had no concept of magic, but then, Ienzo hadn't seen all the worlds and there must be some far flung places where they didn't know of its existence.
